Celsius bankruptcy claims - finally over with!

After 3+ years of waiting, i finally received what little allocation i got from my Celsius accounts! ( i have 2, the other is KYC'd care of a relative hehe)
For my main account, i opted to receive via Coinbase, which is really one of the worst, super-regulated crypto exchange on this planet. I was lucky with KYC because it didn't ask for any tax filing documentation, which was asked for in my 2nd account c/o a retiree relative. More on that later.

If i remember correctly, only 60% of holdings will be reimbursed.

And here's what i received on my Coinbase as of Feb 14, 2024. Exchange rate as of Feb 14, 2024 was $1 = Php 56, so Php9145 is worth $163.30, or roughly 60% of my snapshot on Jan 2, 2024. All in all, i'm okay with this, better to receive something than nothing.
Withdrawn all my Coinbase crypto immediately to a self-custody wallet first, before sending it to another crypto exchange, for safety, because as i've said, Coinbase is a bitch and better be safe than sorry. In fact, when withdrawing, Coinbase would ask through a drop-down dialog box where you will be sending your crypto. There is no option to say that you'll be sending it to a self-custody wallet, so i lied and i think i chose to send it to "another named exchange", well and lo and behold it actually went out without a hitch and my transaction wasn't blocked. Sigh of relief.

So for my 2nd Celsius account.... I tried to make my relative a Coinbase account, but God damned the KYC process this time they were asking for the most recent tax-return filing that my retiree relative had, of course i couldn't ever produce this because my retiree relative is a housewife and she hadn't filed for income taxes since she was a single maiden when she still was employed.
I waited for months for a resolution, Celsius kept emailing just to say to hold your horses and don't fucking worry! Anyway by Nov or Dec 2024, they were emailed that my crypto will be sent via Celsius Hyperwallet! Which it turns out is not a real crypto wallet at all lol. But it can link up to a Paypal account. And the good thing was, it wasn't strict. My 2nd Celsius account email address is not my main Paypal email address on register, but a secondary one. But, my transaction went smoothly without a hitch and now i have some shopping money in my Paypal!

I think i 2nd account got shortchanged despite me having around $LINK 21 or $LINK 15 if 60%. The $BTC allocation amount was around 72% of my original holdings though.
March 6, 2025 snapshot date of LINKETH was $LINK 1 = $ETH 0.007312 , so with my 15 LINK it should be around $ETH 0.10968 or around $241. (ETH was around $2202)
I wonder what happened and why the hell i got shortchanged? I dunno if i can still appeal, but ill try and let's see what happens.
All in all, i'm glad i still got something out of this shitfest.
